Thanks!  I've copied mak3792b.zip there.  It should propagate to
SimTel.NET mirrors in a day or so.

I don't have time to prepare and test mak3792s.zip, so I put there the
original make-3.79.2a1.tar.gz instead.  If someone wants to try
building from sources, be sure to download and read the file
README.make-3.79.2a1 in the same directory: it includes a patch you
need to apply to be able to build cleanly.
