I haven't forgotten, just really busy.  My wife had a party and cleaned the
office, so my notes on refresh++ are gone, so I've got to rememember 
what's needed and where it is :-(

The updates are a couple of .h files, the readme, and dsm from what I
remember.  Should they go in the v2_03_1 cvs tree?  A new v2_03_2 branch?
I don't think it's that important based on the small changes, but ...
