Based on the dates, I don't think they have been refreshed.  I also 
remember seeing problems in patch.  I actually built patch 2.1 since
the old version didn't work properly, and I needed 2.1 handling of old
format to apply some old style patches.  Someday I'll try to get my 2.1
update on Simtel.
