Subject:	Patch 2.5.3 binaries on Windows 2000

Hello.

I downloaded patch 2.5.3 binaries the other day and tried to run them Windows
2000. I got error messages that made me think it has not been built with the
2.03 refresh. Has anyone built it with the 2.03 refresh? If not, I will do so.
(There's a problem with the DSM for the binary distribution too BTW.)
