I've just committed the patch, with some changes:

* added a libc/stubs.h entry for fchown;
* fixed spacing and typos in texinfo docs;
* put the code in compat/unistd, rather than posix/unistd, since it's listed
as being !POSIX.

I also added to libc/stubs.h fstatvfs and statvfs, since I seem to have missed
committing that when I added fstatvfs, statvfs to the library.

fchmod is actually now POSIX, but I didn't want to change much. We need to go
through the library and update it for new POSIX anyway.
