I *like* the idea of a "Package index"! I'll put one into the next
version. And if others also think an alphabetical section for the
individual utilities will help, I can do that, too.
I'll probably leave the DJGPP stuff as the very first entries,
though. This makes more sense, since those are the things folk are
likely to need first when they begin using DJGPP.
However, I would argue that the "Utility index" belongs at the end,
rather than at the beginning. That way, the most general information
is at the beginning (DJGPP stuff, Package index), more detail is in the
middle (Major package/functional category sections), then finally the
most detail is at the end (long, hard-to-read list of individual
utilities).
