Anything that goes into the DJGPP library has to be released under
DJ's license, which is basically LGPL with a couple of important
exceptions.

You can read the full text of DJ's license in the file COPYING.DJ
distributed with djdevNNN.zip (should already be on your machine, in
the top-level DJGPP installation directory).  The DJGPP FAQ has some
explanations (for those who ain't no lawyers) in section 19.2.  If
all that doesn't help, please ask specific questions here.
