djlsr203.zip does not build with gcc-3.0.X without changes. Current CVS does.

At least my automated builds of DJGPP CVS version with gcc-3.0.4 
Linux-to-DJGPP cross-compiler works without problems (build is done 
after 23GMT if one or more file are changed in CVS). I could provide
archives, but I would recommend to mirror them somewhere at for example
01:00 UTC as they on machine which is running Linux not always
