Please get the v2.03 refresh'ed file utils and try again.  I've tested it
on 3 different systems, both FAT32 and NTFS and found no problems under
Windows 2000.  Directory date setting works just fine in all my tests.

Date setting on directories does not appear to work with the NT LFN TSR
under NT 4.0 (I get the permission denied message there).
