(This is a byproduct of Andrew's patch). The interrupt call was buggy under Win95 so not used - I don't know if it was fixed in Win98 - but in any case it's only called for "NT-like" systems. The cp from the refreshed fileutils (based on 2.03 refresh) can set directory dates without problems (verified in quick testing). I don't think we should change the current warning suppression - but it is reasonable to expect some things to work, and they do if you get a more reasonable operating system :-)
