I've got questions on README.1ST:

1) Is there some reason we don't recommend the LFN TSR for Windows NT
instead of using short file names?
2) Windows NT install directions assume you have administrator rights
in the edit instructions. Any objections to details for
   non-administrator instructions?
3) No section for Windows 2000 or XP. Similar to Windows NT, but
   different. Same adminstrator issue.
4) I believe the all other systems block should also include a note
about being appropriate for all systems if you need to avoid
compiler conflicts; how to set up a shortcut for your DJGPP window?
5) I don't see any ME instructions, I think I saw them on the
newsgroup once? I don't have ME so I can't generate them.

After we're fixed and happy with what I would put into a 2.03 refresh,
can I change the version to 2.04 in CVS's readme.1st?

(After getting info on the above, I'll send diffs for review).
