A file serial number is described as being a number which described the
file uniquely on a filesystem. The description of dirent.h is a bit of a
giveaway, because the d_ino member is called a file serial number. So,
yes, it looks like it's the number of inodes.

I'll update the code to return the number of clusters (aka blocks) in the
serial number fields.
