The v2_03_1 branch has been created in cvs.  The refresh files are (almost)
all committed (or re-tagged to a current cvs revision).  crt0.S is 
currently tagged as the most recent version (the patch kit forces #if 
statement to be true since it won't assemble with bnu 2.8.1).  I will 
commit the forced #if as a v2_03_1 branch if there's no quick way to fix
the current conditional compile.

I started with a clear directory and did cvs checkout -r v2_03_1 djgpp,
and compared the results with the patch kit and all looks as expected.
Using the cvs web interface you can easily see the summary of the
revisions and structure versus 2.03 and the cvs head.
