To produce the DVI file, type "make which.dvi".  To produce the
PostScript version, say "make which.ps".  To produce the HTML docs,
type "makeinfo --html -o which.html which.texinfo".  Be sure to
include in the zip file all the which.* files produced by TeX when it
generates which.dvi.
