I've committed changes to utils/djtar/epunzip.c (remove O_EXCL x 2)
after testing that the handle error went away on Win2K;
 and libc/ansi/stdio/freopen.c (make sure popen works) tested on make
without the _creat patches;
 and libc/dos/io/_creat*.c (do the dup2 dance since I'm paranoid now)

I don't think the last two are needed, but for one additional interrupt
lets avoid finding more obscure bugs.
