Sigh.

_get_dev_info(0) returns 0 - so Windows 2K is opening the handle with the
LFN API before sending it to us.  Note, it returns 0 if I set lfn=n or
not, but something we are doing to the handle causes seeks to stop 
working if lfn is not no.  It may be the tiny 71a6 section in fstat?
