Hello termcap fans,

I've updated termcap to include documentation I've modified from GNU 
termcap's docs (thankfully its license allows such a thing). I've also 
created a termcap entry (in share/termcap). I'd appreciate it if someone 
would check the entry for accuracy in case I'm missing something.
