Please test gcc-3.0 binary archives
C -compiler binaries:
http://www.ltn.lv/~pavenis/gcc30b.zip
C++ compiler binaries:
http://www.ltn.lv/~pavenis/gpp30b.zip
scripts I used and diffs against original gcc-3.0.tar.gz
http://www.ltn.lv/~pavenis/gcc30s2.zip
Other archives are on a different machine and are available only
when Linux is booted there (I'm now writting these lines on this box under Win98SE):
http://hal.astr.lu.lv/pub/djgpp/gcc-3.0/gcc30s.zip
http://hal.astr.lu.lv/pub/djgpp/gcc-3.0/g7730s.zip
http://hal.astr.lu.lv/pub/djgpp/gcc-3.0/objc30s.zip
I built binaries using current (today) CVS version of DJGPP after additionally
applying patch Eli posted for fixing Win2K problems in May 12 (I hope it helps,
but I haven't tested it):

libc.a is also built with gcc-3.0. It seems to work with djdev203 for me.
So please test binaries
You may also test latest build of RHIDE (some problems fixed, linked
with the same libc.a as gcc-3.0 binaries and 14 June snapshot of GDB:
http://www.ltn.lv/~pavenis/rhide.exe
I don't know how it will behave under Win2K, but I cannot test it now
