UPX strips executables, so no backtraces and no gdb. And since symify traces are very useful in diagnosing problems, that means UPX is probably out for official packages. Still, I'd like it get better press in the FAQ (the current info about DJP and UPX could use an update). Eli, is the zip file the canonical place to get the FAQ source (so I can send a patch), or is it maintained in CVS as well (it doesn't seem to be in the regular DJGPP tree)?
