I've uploaded autoconf 2.50 again (acnf250s.zip and
acnf250b.zip), as well as a new binary package for
m4 (m4-14b.zip).  They should arrive on your local
SimTelNet mirrors soon.

Changes:

* m4:
  Now built with the changeword() builtin enabled.
  The previous binary package for autoconf 2.50 contained
  a .m4f file that assumed this builtin was present.
  Only m4.exe was changed.
  Note: You do not need this package if you download the
  new binary package for autoconf; alternatively, if you
  get the new autoconf package, you won't need this one.

* autoconf (sources):
  Updated the readme file to mention the fact that your
  SHELL environment variable needs to be set to the full
  path to bash (i.e. /dev/env/DJDIR/bin/bash.exe, not
  /bin/bash).
  Removed the .info files to decrease the package size
  somewhat.

* autoconf (binaries):
  Updated the autoconf.m4f file with one that does not
  assume m4 has the changeword builtin.
  Included the README file.

Hopefully, this will be the last time I need to update
the autoconf packages.  Please keep bug reports coming
in!
