<Slaps forehead> I forgot to mention that my result was with plain 2.03,
where lstat() should not be found. So there is no discrepancy here.

Basically I wanted to know if configure had found lstat() and defined
HAVE_LSTAT. I wonder why djutils.c provides an implementation of lstat()
when HAVE_LSTAT is defined? Hmmm, I'll debug this before I release the
port.
