Thanks for the clarification.

The DSM specification says that a package name cannot contain spaces. So I
think we need to call the Shell Utilities package shellutils - in the same
way that fileutils is a contraction of File Utilities - or sh-utils. For
comparison, Redhat calls it 'sh-utils'.
