The patch is not expected to apply cleanly to the DJLSR203 version of
crt0.S. It was made against the CVS version, *after* applying the comment
addition patch.

It really shouldn't be hard to apply the two failed hunks by hand.
Just 
	emacs crt0.S.rej crt0.S

to see what the rejected hunks are and edit the file yourself.

Or get crt0.S from CVS, apply the comment-addition patch, and then the
blocksize-storage patch.
