STLport #defines std for its own purposes, which causes problems when
it doesn't do it consistently.  I had to add simple errno.h and float.h
headers (redirecting to the DJGPP ones) in the STLport directory in
order to fix this.  Other than that, there do not seem to be any
problems using my namespace std patches with STLport.
