Ok guys,
I've checked in all the patches pointed out in 
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/browse.cgi?p=djgpp-
workers/2001/01/26/00:06:01

except the getdinfo.h patches. 

The only files missing are the documentation files for doslk64.c, dosunl64.c, 
lock64.c, and unlock64.c. Other than that, everything seems to be in order.
