I changed the zip picker to recommend djgpp's own unzip32.exe for
windows platforms, and to offer the option of creating a shortcut
batch file for people that can't figure out how to change their system
environment.

If you have a version of windows not listed in the zip picker, could
you try out the existing options and let me know which ones provide
correct instructions for that target, so I can add it to the list?
