I wrote djasm.txi as a stand-alone document.  To make it work with the
other djgpp utility documentation I did this:

- added the @node line to utils.tex (as is done for the other utilities)

- added these commands

@chapter djasm
@lowersections

as the first two lines of djasm.txi

- `@ignored' the header material in djasm.txi.

This allows me to @include `djasm.txi' in utils.txi with minimal changes
to either document (don't break the pattern of utils.txi, and keep the
original stand-alone djasm.txi document intact).
