Does it mean that you can do a "DIR /S" on a video DVD and see all the
tracks as files and/or directories?  Can you also copy the tracks with
XCOPY and cp?

It's a limitation, but if it is only relevant to non-data disks,
perhaps it's not a grave limitation?  How many people would want to
use df to find the size of their video disks?
