It has changed considerably since 1.9, so I'd guess that sources for 1.3 would be of little use now. They'd probably rely on a patched RCS, which might not be available anymore, and even if it is, I expect it would not be easy to stick those patches into CVS' RCS file handling. I guess I could check those DOS ports mentioned on cvshome and see if anything useful can be extracted.
