Hello.

If you've installed alpha 2 of fileutils, you will need to remove the old
version of ginstall and use the new one. Use:

    ginstall --version

to find if you're still using 3.16 or not. You could create a stub to
invoke it, but I just copied the new install:

    cd $DJDIR/bin
    cp install.exe ginstall.exe

I'll fix this in the next release.
