After I've found "start" in the djgpp.djl: if the program in question
can get hold of "start", it can get hold of "etext" as well...

(Why isn't there a symbol called "_start" (and "djgpp_last_ctor" and
djgpp_first_dtor and ...) defined in djgpp.djl; we could be
consistent, couldn't we?)
