No, at least not intentionally.  I intended it to work on any system.

It looks like you are trying to build from a different directory.  If
so, I think you need to set srcdir, since it defaults to ".":

  gmake -f$OLDPWD/Makefile.DOS all srcdir=$OLDPWD

Does that help?
