Sorry, but this output doesn't allow you to see if features.h did what you
think it should. You'll have to use the -dD or a similar flag that tells
the preprocessor to leave #define lines in the output, instead of removing
them by blank lines, to see what got defined. Or maybe add a #warn line
for the testing phase.
