Comments and questions:

1> I've enabled NLS support during compilation. Is it necessary that I
   have the .mo files in the binary distribution?
2> Contains an ugly work-around for bug in ported BASH.
3> There was a module POSIX.pm missing in the Perl distribution that
   prevented manpage updating.
4> Shouldn't the DJGPP version of chown and chmod look for files with .exe
   extensions? Ex: If I say "chown root.root su", it should check for su and
   then su.exe.

If things are alright, I can send the patches to the Sh-utils maintainer.
