I can check the logs if it really matters.  I don't think I have any
size limits, but the odds of an encoded binary file having some key
phrase in it are actually pretty good.  Of course, you shouldn't ever
post binary files to a mailing list or newsgroup anyway.  Either post
them as readable text, or put them on a web or ftp server somewhere
and post the location.
