Ok. I really built all under Win95. All seems to be Ok (however not much
tests done yet). However I haven't really included cross-compiling stuff I
mentioned before. 

About building source archive under Win9X: I think it's really recommended 
as script that generates gcc2952s.zip runs autoconf and autoheader (so
they shold be ones from DJGPP distribution). I don't think there are 
other problems for building source archive under Linux.
