Here are some notes about possible update of DJGPP port of gcc-2.95.2 (we don't know when gcc-2.95.3 will be released and will it be released at all): Known problems with protoize and unprotoize seems to be fixed. All this time we modified sources of gcc before building gcc. Maybe I should point it out in full version like HJL did for his update of egcs-1.1.2: hal:~$ egcs-2.91.66 -v Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-slackware-linux/egcs-2.91.66/specs gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release) So I could use something like "2.95.2 200002XX/DJGPP (release)". This would enable us to distinguish between updates when we'll have more than one update per version (of course I'll put real date instead of XX) One more thing is that its very likely I'll build binaries for DJGPP under Linux (cross-compiling). It seems to work mostly Ok. Only some minor problems should still be resolved. Andris
