I'm confused as to why PMODE/DJ should cause this message - the only time I've seen this message was with DOS applications which allocate all DOS memory then ask for DPMI services (non-DJGPP ones). In any case, if you use CWSPARAM to set the run options flag to 2 - and if the program is large you would need to set the number of page tables to 1 or more (also in CWSPARAM).
