Hi, workers,

I would like to know what our "policy" is on include/sys/config.h.
I have seen that it is actually used by some DJGPP ports (e.g.
Emacs). It is supposed to grow in time, adding new macros now and
then? If so, here are some new macros (from Emacs) to consider:
