Some more problem with current CVS version of DJGPP:
	djdev202.mft contains references to specs, libg.a, libpc.a
	which are not built. About latest 2 I think it would be
	the best to add rules for building them

	There filename case conflicts for djtzn202.mft: it contains
	files in lowercase, but the generated ones are different
	(eg. zooneinfo/Europe/...)
