See > below. Well seems that source of problems is found. Problems seems to disappear after commenting out export SYSROOT=.... from djbuild1.sh. I tested both with latest binaries of bash-2.03 and also with bash 1.14.7. Anyway I didn't fully rebuild gcc-2.95 but only tested places where I had failures before Andris
