I don't check in changes into the GDB source tree (I don't have the
privileges, I think).  I posted the changes I made here, and it was
my understanding that Robert will check them in when he has time.

If it helps, I can send a single patch file of my current sources
against the version Robert put in v2gnu/alphas.  (Robert didn't reply to 
the last bunch of changes I posted here, so I assume they are okay with
him.)

It is also possible that I somehow failed to send some changes.  Perhaps
you could send me the rejected hunks, and I could then look into them.
