Light in the end of the tunnel at last! The magic word is "/t". That
is make Franck Uberto's XMSDSK allocate memory from the top of
XMS.

Now I'm happy, having a LFN capable RAMDISK of 16MB. I also shortly
tried a 100MB RAMDISK just to check, it works too with
LFN. Yes-yes-yes!
