I have no problem with this, but please make sure that you don't
break the configure triple - i586-pc-msdosdjgpp

Let me know if/when this happens and I'll look into it.  Note: you
*will* have to make sure that your changes are either generic to all
ports, or isolated in a djgpp-specific file, or you'll need to provide
a good reason for putting nonportable code in a common file.  That's
general practice in egcs.
