I suspect the LFN driver is not yet ready for any sophisticated
program.  Bash might be replaced (maybe), but I suspect that we will
next discover that Emacs, RHIDE, TeX, etc. don't work also.

I suggest to correct the known bugs first, and only then go to
testing Bash with it.
