There's another problem: tests/makeall.bat does "cd libc" followed by
"call rmake". tests/libc/rmake.bat contains:
"@echo off
..\..\src\rmake %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9".

There's no ..\..\src\rmake.
