DJ has the final word, of course, but IMHO beta means we stop adding
features and only accept changes that fix bugs. So before we move to
beta, we need to decide whether everybody had the features they'd like
to see in v2.02 submitted to DJ. I'm not sure this is the case.
For example, what's with the portability-related addition to the docs?
I have at least two pending items I would like to finish before beta:
(1) a new libm.a (and with docs, this time ;-); (2) making file times
resolution in findfirst and stat be 1 sec on LFN platforms.
