Why does gpp281b.zip include gxx.exe instead of gpp.exe?  Didn't we agree
at the time to NOT overwrite gxx.exe which comes with djdev201.zip? I
think gpp280b.zip did include gpp.exe, in which case it is even worse that
281 reverted to gxx. 

How can we be expected not to confuse newbies if the names of crucial
files change with every new release?  What am I supposed to write in the
FAQ now?
