I found an important difference in the VxDs of this system:

It have installed a VxD called VGARTD.VXD, that's a patch for the VMM system of 
W95. That's shiped with AGP boards because W95 4.00.1111 doesn't support AGP 
and makes some nasty things with the video buffers.
Additionally this machine have DirectX dlls from the 1456 and 1457 build of 
DirectX.

I don't know if the problem is there but these are important parts of this 
system not included in the other two.
