Perhaps I would be able to try to check it under DOSEMU. If the source
can be compiled with BC and TASM then I don't see big problems.
Only when I tried to run 2 DOSEMU sessions simultanously previous time
I got Linux crashing... 

One more version of DOS with own multitasker is Caldera DR-OpenDOS.
I hope there also will be no problems.

This all perhaps will not go in final port of gcc-2.8.1 for DJGPP. Perhaps 
the version I'm building now may became the release unless I'll find 
something bad there.
